If the hirer cancels before 9am on a week prior to their event the deposit will be lost, no further payments will be required. If the hirer cancels after 9am a week prior to their event the full amount will be payable by bank transfer. If the owner cancels at any time the full amount, including the deposit, will be refunded.
If you would like the hire items for longer than the agreed time this will incur extra costs.

If you have any items overnight they MUST be stored inside, failure to do so will result in extra charges.
If we have purchased any items specifically for your event these will not be able to be cancelled or changed once the deposit has been paid.
If any items are damaged extra costs will incur.
If you wish to change your colour scheme or theme once the deposit has been paid this will incur extra charges. If you are not 100% on your colour scheme/theme when paying the deposit please make this known.
If we need access to your house to deliver your items there must be someone home, if no one is home at the agreed time we cannot wait for you to get back. If you are not home at the agreed time for collection the delivery fee will be charged again to come back.
WARNING: balloons expand in the heat which may cause them to pop, we do everything we can to try to avoid this but we cannot be held responsible for balloons popping due to adverse weather.
If you are worried about your balloons popping then we recommend you have your display inside. It is at your own risk if you choose to have them outside.
If you have hired a tent: It needs to be pitched on real grass, we peg it into the ground. No shoes are to be worn inside the tent. There is no smoking inside the tent. No animals are allowed in the tent. The tent must be zipped up over night, all windows and doors must be zipped. The door also zips along the bottom. Please treat the tent with respect and be careful with food and drinks. Extra charges will incur if these rules are broken. The tent needs an extra 1m either side to allow for the ropes and pegs, if your tent is 5m you will need a 7m x 7m space to fit it in. If we arrive and the tent does not fit or you have Astro turf we cannot refund your booking.
If you have hired tables: The cushions, throws, table runner and filled vases must be kept inside over night. Most of our tables can be left outside, we will advise if the table needs to be stored inside. The tables are up to 8ft long, these cannot maneuver around bends. If you are unsure if the items will fit please check before booking. If we arrive and they do not fit we cannot refund your booking.
Please leave a clear access route to where you would like your items displayed. If you need to move anything please do so prior to our arrival. This includes any cars that are blocking doors/access routes. If items are going in a garden and you don’t have a direct access route to the garden please consider we will need to walk through your house with heavy awkward items. We drive a long wheel base van, to unload we will need parking.
If you are planning to have your display/set up outside you must have a back up plan in case it’s raining on the day. 95% of our displays cannot be left outside in the rain. If we arrive and the weather is bad and you have no back up plan we will not set up the display and the booking will not be refunded. Our tents are waterproof and can be added onto your booking, subject to availability, up until the day before your event. The tents will incur an extra charge, depending on the size.
